You can delete your account directly within the app:

  1. Open the app
  2. Go to Account
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Follow the confirmation steps

Once completed, your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion from our systems.

Option 2 — Contact Support

You may also request deletion by contacting us.

Use the subject line:
“User Data Deletion Request.”

Please include:

  • Your full name (if available)
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A brief description of your request

For security purposes, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.

4. Processing Timeline

Once your request has been verified:

  • We aim to complete the deletion process within 30 days
