This includes daily hypnotherapy sessions, introspective journal prompts and informative reading with daily check-in options to keep track of your well-being and progress. You will also have access to a library of guided meditations, breathing exercises, and videos to motivate and inspire you.

Need something extra? We offer additional one-on-one sessions with Wellness Professionals to give you that extra boost.

After 30 days, you can continue your Dry Journey or opt for our special Moderation Program.

Yes. One-on-one online sessions with Wellness Professionals are available as an add-on to your premium membership. Our Certified Wellness Professionals are here to help you achieve your goals, whether it’s related to quitting drinking, cutting back, or wellness in general.

Where can I download the UM App?
UM can currently be downloaded through the App Store for iOS users on an iPhone, iPod, or iPad, or it can be downloaded via the Google Play Store for users on an Android device.

How long does each hypnotherapy session last?

Our daily hypnotherapy sessions typically last around 15 minutes, making them convenient to fit into your morning routine.

Can anyone be hypnotized?

Yes, anyone of a sober mind that is willing, can be hypnotized . Not everyone will respond to hypnosis in the same way. The depth of hypnosis and the extent to which a person responds to the suggestions can vary from person to person. People under the influence of drugs or alcohol and those with severe mental illness can not be hypnotized.

How long does it take to experience results?
It will vary from person to person and the complexity of the issue. Some shifts can be immediate, powerful and obvious while others feel more like a whisper of change. Many people witness positive changes after just one hypnotherapy session, but it may take several sessions before significant progress is observed.
Do I really have to listen to a hypnosis session every day?
Yes, consistency is key when it comes to hypnosis. Your drinking habits and underlying reasons for drinking have been deeply ingrained and are complex. Keep at it consistently and you will be surprised at just how well it works. It’s 15 minutes a day of deep relaxation, you deserve it!

How will I feel during the hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a very relaxing experience. Most people feel like they drift in and out of a sleep-like state. Some can remember nothing that was said while others feel like they were fully aware the whole time. It doesn't matter how you experience it, it will still be effective.
